How to Engage the Children during the Easter Holy Week?

This coming week we reflect on Easter, a season of God’s perfect love, a unique celebration of the resurrection of Jesus and pathway to redemption. A love so pure, fulfilling without fear and everlasting. His word tells us in,
1 John 4:18, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love".
The Lord spoke to us also in the scriptures from Jeremiah 31:3 about this special love, The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you".
Therefore showing our children how to continue in this love and significantly growing closer to Jesus is key.
The question still remains - How do we engage our children to discover this perfect love of God through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?
Follow us in this journey as the Royal children ministry follow the Easter plan, lead by the Holy Spirit based on the acronym of EASTER. Called the Royal Easter Plan & PRAY.
Day 1- E
Encourage others and ourselves by praying/speaking 🔊 peace and love of God into the lives of others and our lives; John 14:23, 26-27 (gift of peace and love).
P- Pray about it
R- Reflect on it- the meaning of love and peace
A- Action it - Praying on peace, love or speaking 🔊 to others about the peace and love of Jesus
Y- Yield to Jesus( Obey) - John 14:23
